Examination Guidelines
Rules and responsibilities for students and invigilators during university and internal examinations at Sai Care College of Physiotherapy.
Before the Examination
Report to the examination hall at least 15 minutes before commencement
Carry your Hall Ticket (admit card) without fail โ no entry without it
Carry only permitted stationery: pens, pencils, geometry set where applicable
Do not carry any bags, books, or loose papers into the examination hall
Strictly prohibited items: mobile phones, smart watches, earphones, calculators (unless permitted)
Ensure your College ID card is on your person at all times during the exam
Know the room number and seat number allocated to you in advance
Be in proper college uniform unless otherwise specified by the institution
During the Examination

Follow all instructions on the question paper and answer booklet carefully2
Write your Roll Number, Registration Number, and Seat Number on every answer booklet3
Do not communicate โ verbal or non-verbal โ with any other student4
Raising hands is the only permitted way to seek attention of the invigilator5
Do not write anything on the question paper (unless permitted)6
Supplementary answer booklets must be properly tagged with the main booklet7
Students must remain seated for the minimum duration after the exam begins before leaving8
Leaving the exam hall before time is subject to the invigilator's approval9
In case of any discrepancy in the question paper, report to the invigilator onlyAfter the Examination
Submit all answer booklets and supplements to the invigilator before leaving
Ensure your Roll Number is written on every sheet including supplements
Do not take the answer booklet or any portion of it outside the hall
Leave the examination hall in a calm and orderly manner
Report any suspected malpractice or unfair means to the Principal within 24 hours
Official exam results will be declared by the University (MUHS) โ do not trust unofficial sources
Invigilator Guidelines

Arrive at the examination room at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time2
Check roll lists and seat arrangements before students are allowed in3
Verify student identity using Hall Ticket and College ID card4
Distribute answer booklets and question papers in a timely and orderly manner5
Record the time of distribution and ensure all students have received papers6
Maintain strict silence in the examination hall at all times7
Ensure students do not use any prohibited materials or electronic devices8
Record all incidents of malpractice or unusual behavior in the official invigilator report9
Collect all answer booklets at the end of the session and check against roll list10
Sign and seal collected answer booklets before handing to the Exam Coordinator11
Submit the invigilator report immediately after the session endsMalpractice Warning
Any form of malpractice โ including copying, impersonation, possession of prohibited material, or communication with other students โ is a serious offence. Students found guilty will be subject to university-level penalties as per MUHS regulations, which may include cancellation of examination, suspension, or expulsion.
