General Rules
Hostel admission is granted only to bonafide students of Sai Care College of Physiotherapy.
Room allotment is done by the Hostel Warden and the management. Allotted rooms shall not be exchanged without permission.
Students must maintain tidiness of their rooms and common areas.
Power consumption must be minimal. No electrical appliances (heaters, irons) other than permitted ones are allowed.
Playing loud music or creating disturbances is strictly prohibited.
Possession or consumption of tobacco, alcohol, or any intoxicants on hostel premises is strictly banned.
Damage to hostel furniture, fittings, or property will be charged to the concerned student.
Students must fill the hostel register whenever entering or leaving the premises.
Visitor Policy
Visitors are allowed in designated visitor areas only, not in rooms.
Male visitors are not permitted in the girls' hostel under any circumstances.
Visitor timings: Weekdays 4 PM – 7 PM; Weekends 10 AM – 7 PM.
All visitors must sign the visitor register maintained at the hostel gate.
Overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
Violation of hostel rules may result in immediate eviction from the hostel, disciplinary action, and informing parents / guardians. The warden's decision in all hostel matters is final.
