Hostel Overview

Sai Care College of Physiotherapy provides hostel accommodation for outstation students who are unable to commute to the college daily. The hostel is located close to the college campus, offering a safe, clean, and study-friendly environment. Priority is given to students from other cities, districts, or states.

Room Allotment

Sharing:

3 students per room (standard triple-sharing)

Allotment Basis:

Academic year basis; room changes require written application

Priority:

Out-of-district students, then state, then local students as space permits

Hostel Code of Conduct

Students must maintain cleanliness in their rooms and common areas at all times

Noise levels must be kept low — respect the study schedules of fellow residents

All students must vacate and return to their rooms before 10:00 PM curfew

No male visitors are permitted in girls' hostel and vice versa

Movement outside the hostel after curfew requires prior written permission from the warden

Students must inform the warden of any medical emergency or illness immediately

Cooking of any kind inside the hostel rooms is strictly prohibited

Unauthorized use of personal electrical appliances (heaters, irons, etc.) is prohibited

Students are personally responsible for the safety of their valuables
10
Hostel rooms must not be shared with non-residents or outsiders under any circumstances

Hostel Fee Structure

Security Deposit (Refundable)

Payable at the time of allotment. Refunded upon leaving hostel (after deducting any dues or fines).

Payment Mode

Cash Only

All hostel fees, deposits, and fines are to be paid in cash at the Administrative Office. Receipts will be issued.

Note: Monthly hostel fees (if applicable) are announced at the start of each academic year. Please enquire at the college office for current rates. All fee information is subject to change by the management.

Disciplinary Action

Serious or repeated violations of hostel rules may result in immediate cancellation of hostel allotment without refund of the security deposit. Students expelled from the hostel for misconduct will not be re-allotted in the same academic year.
